2021 Rental rates

June 4 - June 24: $1100 per week

June 25 - September 2: $1400 per week

September 3 - October 7: $1125 per week

No separate cleaning fee.

Please note: If COVID-19 impacts Maine rental regulations, check-in, check-out times or rental availability may be impacted, including rental costs. Renters will be notified if changes are required.

Upon making a reservation, we will contact you to confirm your reservation, mail you a rental agreement, and arrange a reservation deposit of $250. The signed rental agreement, plus the balance of the rent, Maine lodging tax, and the security deposit (see below) is due sixty days prior to your scheduled arrival or the reservation will be canceled. If your reservation is canceled, the reservation deposit will be retained by the owners as an administration fee.

RESERVATION Deposit

A reservation deposit of $250 is due upon confirmation of your reservation, and will be credited toward your rental fee. Your reservation deposit is retained only if your reservation is cancelled.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $250 is retained only for damages/conditions specified in the rental agreement. Refunds of security deposit will be mailed one week after your departure.

Restrictions and Disclosures

This is a no smoking residence. No pets are allowed. As the cottage is located directly on deep ocean, it may not be appropriate for young children as close supervision will be required at all times. The interior design of the cottage is an open design with the two upstairs bedrooms being lofted with railings. Again the suitability for young children will be at parental discretion.

Check-in / OUT

Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Timely check-in is important. If you are unable to check in during this period, notify owners 48 hours in advance to make alternate arrangements. Checkout is no later than 10am.
